1. **Purpose**: The Disclosing Party wishes to disclose certain confidential information to the Receiving Party for the purpose of ____________________.

2. **Confidential Information**: Any information, whether oral, written, or observed, that is provided by the Disclosing Party to the Receiving Party is considered confidential.
3. **Obligations**: The Receiving Party shall maintain the Confidential Information in strict confidence and shall not disclose, reproduce, or use the Confidential Information except for the purpose specified in this Agreement.
