Ruffin Roofing believes in fostering a safe and open work environment. Employees have the right to report any misconduct, concerns, or violations without fear of retaliation.

1. **Protection**: No employee will be subjected to retaliation, intimidation, or any adverse employment action for reporting concerns or violations in good faith.
2. **Reporting**: Any employee who believes they have been retaliated against should report the matter to Lamar Ruffin immediately.
3. **Discipline**: Any employee found to have retaliated against another employee for reporting concerns will face disciplinary action, up to and including termination.
